Can I add a gift card with a custom message to my order?

Absolutely! Just write your wishes and the message text in the note section when placing your order. We’ll gladly pack it nicely with your box.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been paid for?

If you change your mind, let us know as soon as possible! We can change or cancel your order up to about one week after placing it – basically, anytime before we start handcrafting your KIND box. It's always best to email us right away at together@kindcommunity.eu, and we'll check what stage your box is currently in.

Is it possible to return the box?

We’ll be a little sad to see it go, but we completely understand! If the box isn't the right fit for you, you can legally return it unused and undamaged within 14 days. Just send it back via any shipping carrier you prefer. For returns and claims, please drop us a line at together@kindcommunity.eu.

How exactly does a pre-order work?

Right now, we are running our trial drop as a pre-sale. We will be lovingly preparing and shipping all boxes to your doorstep on July 13, 2026. If you are in a rush or would like to pick it up in person in Amsterdam, please email us at together@kindcommunity.eu and we'll try to find a tailor-made solution for you.

Do you ship internationally?

Sure do! We love sending KIND boxes across borders. Since international shipping works a bit differently for each country, please write to us first at together@kindcommunity.eu and we’ll figure out the best option together.

Can I pick up my KIND box in person?

If you happen to live in Amsterdam or are passing through, we’d love to see you! Just please send us an email beforehand at together@kindcommunity.eu so we can arrange time that suits you.

I have an idea for further customization. Is that possible?

Can you create a completely custom gift box for me?
