Some products in our store may be offered as pre-orders. This policy explains how you can cancel or change this type of purchase.


Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a KIND box before it is ready to be shipped. This allows you to reserve your curated moment from an upcoming drop.

Payment is collected at checkout, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

You can cancel your pre-order at any time before your order has been fulfilled or shipped. To cancel your pre-order, please contact us at together@kindcommunity.eu with your order number.

Once your order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may still request a return or refund according to our Return and Refund Policy.


Changes to your pre-order

If you need to change your delivery details or have a question about your pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before the order is prepared for shipping.


Delays

If there is a delay with your pre-order, we will let you know by email. If the new delivery timing does not work for you, you may cancel your pre-order before it has been fulfilled.
