Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about your KIND order. If something is wrong, or if you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us. We will always try to find a kind and fair solution whenever possible.

Contact us at together@kindcommunity.eu with your order number and a short description of the issue.

Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To return an item, it should be:

  • unused
  • unopened
  • in its original packaging
  • in the same condition as received

Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

Please check your order when it arrives.

If something is damaged, defective, missing, or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at together@kindcommunity.eu.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a short description of the issue
  • photos of the product and packaging, if relevant

If the issue is our mistake, we will make it right.

Return shipping

Customers are usually responsible for return shipping costs.

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping or offer another suitable solution.

We recommend using tracked shipping, as we cannot take responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Items that cannot be returned

Because KIND boxes may include food, drinks, wellness, hygiene, or personal care products, some items cannot be returned once opened.

We cannot accept returns for:

  • opened food or drink products
  • opened wellness, cosmetic, hygiene, or personal care products
  • perishable items
  • personalized or custom products
  • gift cards
  • digital products
  • items that have been used, opened, damaged, or are not in their original packaging

If you are unsure about a specific item, contact us and we will look at it individually.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may need extra time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at together@kindcommunity.eu.
